Mr. Risgaard is responsible for planning and coordinating project execution, and the allocation of required resources. Additionally, he is tasked with developing market, sales, and resource application strategies for the company’s low-temperature district heating business unit.

Furthermore, he has played a significant role in updating and further developing the company's current project structure model and associated tools, enabling a solid project execution in all stages of the project life cycles.

Niels holds a master’s degree in engineering from Aalborg University (2007) and has more than 15 years of experience in project management and contract management, including cross-functional project and construction management of various energy projects (such as solar heating, wind, gas, and coal) both in Denmark and internationally.
