With over 12 years of experience in management and controlling of international corporations across the dairy, fibre cement, and renewable energy sectors, Rune Østerby Pedersen brings substantial expertise in business finance and managerial roles from his previous positions.

As CFO at Aalborg CSP A/S, he actively participates in identifying, developing, and optimizing business operations, as well as daily workflows and processes. His extensive financial background ensures the enhancement of Aalborg CSP A/S's economic and financial strategic positioning.  

As Head of HR, Mr. Pedersen’s main role is to ensure that Aalborg CSP A/S is an attractive workplace.

Rune holds a MSc in Business Economics and Auditing from Aalborg University.
